Dua programme for Mobiles

My brothers and sisters, I am looking for the help of a person who has the knowledge and understanding of how to create a programme for mobile phones (i believe in Java). This programme will allow a mobile phone user to read specific duas. Could anyone who has knowledge of this or can help in anyway please contact me.

I have seen this page before. However I wish to do something different but I require a developer to help me do this. Is anyone willing to help on this?

With more phones playing MP3's why not just upload the dua's as MP3's?
