Ok, check this all

I have one of our clients, who is using StarBand -- A Satelltie Based Internet Service, and the speeds are actually fine but the Web Browser is ridiculouslt slow, any ideas or siggestions..?

I disabled the PROXY, I have no idea why it was enabled, and that seemed to speed it up a little bit, but did not solve the problem.

Do you have any suggestions, etc.?

did u benchmark the speed from the pc u have the slow browser on??

r u sure that the pc is getting the right amount of signal?

also keep in mind that there is always a 4 second delay Satelltie Based Internet Service. also clear out the cache and history and cookies if you have not done that already
