Inshallah im gonna bring in a New Help Desk System for clients to submit Trouble tickets and all it will be 24/7 manned and average response times will be from 30-mins to 4 hrs resolutions

Hopefully it will cut down a lot on the troubleshooting waiting times and all..

So ill let u know soon once its set up :)
